Chef Abhinanda and Chef Ananya curated a pop up at the Eastern mills in Byculla. The backdrop was gorgeous, the setting old age. It was a five course sit down dinner showcasing classic recipes from the Raj Era. Those who had been exposed to fancy dining experiences in the 80s on Park Steet, Kolkata could relive their culinary memories of Mulligatawny Soup, Prawn Cocktail, Lobster Thermidor, Orange Souffle, Baked Ladikeni and more gems. This was held in January 2020.
