In 2013 I was invited to speak to a room full of avid foodies on eating salads. I also taught the group a few salad recipes. The event was Wassup Andheri. The event was covered in Time of India and it also was covered on television news. The session was called “Bowls of goodness’. It was an afternoon event on ‘Wassup Andheri’, a cultural festival showcasing art, dance, theatre, food and design. The footfall of the event was close to a lakh. Stalwarts like Sudhir Mishra, Anurag Basu, Vikramaditya Motwani, Vikas Bahl, Sanjay Chauhan, Rajat Kapoor, Adhuna Akthar, Niharika Khan, Joy Datta, Mukesh Chhabra, Amrita Raichand, Arzan Khambatta & Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi took the stage to add grace to the cultural repertoire of the event.
