Peppercorns curated and hosted an event celebrating the grandma’s favourite-home baked tea cakes. Ensconced in a lane by the Pali hill, the quaint and much loved cafe, The Bagel Shop was the venue. On the 1st of April, 2015, there was a eclectic array of tea cakes beautifully packed and equally beautifully baked. There were banana walnuts, there were rum cranberry, there were fresh and light lemon pound, classic coconut, traditional chocolate and a few more types of cakes.
